Direct Primary Care

The Way Medicine Should Be

Personalized Healthcare.

At Ludwig’s Village Family Medicine, Dr. Amy Capoocia prioritizes the doctor-patient relationship and offers a wide range of healthcare services. By eliminating third party insurance company involvement, the Direct Primary Care model puts the focus back on YOU, the patient. With a flat rate fee, patients receive comprehensive primary care, urgent and preventative care, chronic disease management, basic procedures, and direct communication with their doctor.

This model offers CONVENIENCE, AFFORDABILITY AND A DIRECT RELATIONSHIP with YOUR physician.

Why Choose Direct Primary Care?

The Direct Primary Care (DPC) model is a practice and payment model where patients/employers pay their physician directly for a defined set of primary care services. Pay yearly or quarterly. We limit patient panel size to provide greater access to and time with your doctor. DPC allows Dr. Capoocia to care for the whole person while reducing the overhead and negative incentives associated with fee-for-service insurance billing.

Often we find substantial financial savings over traditional insurance plans. Keep high deductible insurance for the big/unexpected stuff.
